“ We need to restore time back to normal! „ — Croissant Cookie
4th Anniversary Event: Operation Timeguard! is a special event in Cookie Run: OvenBreak. It is an event where players can earn various rewards and watch a story for completing missions and racing against other players. It was released on October 22nd, 2020, alongside of other events, to coincide with the release of Croissant Cookie and Cookie Run: OvenBreak’s 4th anniversary.

In this mode, players need to collect Time Energy by racing against other players in a specific land, similar to Trophy Race to progress through the event. Once the required amount is collected, a puzzle will be given to solve. Once solved, the player can progress through the next land. Time Parts can also be collected in this game mode, which are used for redeeming rewards. Only 2,000 of them can be collected per day (including the bonus Time Parts).
Lands\Chapters[]
Each land is presented as a chapter. Completing the chapter will take the player to a different chapter as well as unlock this part of the story in the Story section to watch it again later. Each chapter has a level cap for all cookies, pets and treasures, and to progress to the next chapter, players have to collect the required amount of Time Energy as well as solve the puzzle. Completing each puzzle will give the player a reward. If the puzzle is too hard to solve, they can pay 300 
to let Croissant Cookie solve and finish it.
The chapters 6-10 will be available from November 3rd, while chapters 11-15 will available at November 13th.

Each Paradox Box uses 50 Time Parts per draw to give limited supplies first, then will give endless supplies once it runs out of limited supplies. Step 2 to Step 4 Paradox Boxes are unlocked after reaching puzzles of Chapters 5, 10 and 15 respectively.
