Anglerfish Cookie (Korean: 초롱아귀맛 쿠키, chorong-agwi-mat kuki) is an NPC that first appears in the The Living Deep Sea City update's event story, Wandercrab (1) and Wandercrab (2), and additionally makes occasional appearances in the Find the Infinite Power! event. Anglerfish Cookie is a denizen of old age that resides in Wandercrab, making their first appearance inside a juice bar within the underwater city.
In Wandercrab (1), they accompany 
Electric Eel Cookie, 
Mocha Ray Cookie, and 
Lobster Cookie during the Story as Electric Eel Cookie introduces Mocha Ray Cookie and Lobster Cookie throughout Wandercrab. When Lobster Cookie questions the importance of falling trash in Wandercrab, the Cookie reprimands them, mentioning that trash can be as scary as underwater volcanoes and sea monsters. According to Electric Eel Cookie, Anglerfish Cookie has bore witness the sea monsters from a long time ago.
Anglerfish Cookie appears in the alleyway later on when Mocha Ray Cookie leaves to look for Ink Cloak Cookie. Initially hesitant to tell Mocha Ray Cookie where Ink Cloak Cookie is, they questioning her motives for giving chase. Mocha Ray Cookie claims that Ink Cloak Cookie resembles someone they know, so Anglerfish Cookie then tells her that they reside in the broken pot, beyond the alleyway and across the shipwreck.
