April Fools' Surprise is an event in Cookie Run: OvenBreak. It is an event where the player must find which Cookies are pulling a prank. It began on April 1st, 2018 as an April Fools' Day joke.

The player must find out which Cookies are pulling a prank, and is given quotes related to certain Cookies as hints. The player must equip the correct Cookies without a Costume and play a run to see if their guess was correct. If the right Cookie was guessed, the Cookie will be running backwards as an April Fools prank (the running sprite has simply been flipped). There are 5 mischievous Cookies total, and 50 Crystals are given as a reward for each one found.
