Avocatapult (Korean: 아보 카포, abo kapo) is an Epic Pet that was released alongside its owner, Avocado Cookie, in the first half of the Avocado Cookie's first appearance! update. It slows Energy drain and also gives bonus destruction points if the seed is inside it. If the seed is lost due to direct damage to the Cookie from an obstacle, the bonus destruction points will be lost until the seed is collected again.
Avocatapult is supposed to shoot hard avocado seeds to destroy everything in the way, but it loves its seed so much it always holds it tight! Well, almost always. Surprised, Avocatapult might lose its precious seed, so make sure not to make any sudden moves or noises.
By the way, the name "Avocatapult" was made up by Avocado Cookie. It's, like, "avocado" + "catapult." Get it?
Skill[]
Avocatapult's Skill
The Cookie's Energy drains slower and obtains destruction points for every obstacle destroyed. The Pet loses the seed if colliding with an obstacle and stops generating destruction points until the seed is acquired again. The lost seed will reappear after a few moments. The higher the level of the Cookie(sic), the slower the Energy drain speed and higher destruction points.
Level
Skill
1
Energy drains 5% slower +33,000 destruction points when holding the seed
15
Energy drains 12% slower +75,000 destruction points when holding the seed
Notes[]
Once dropped, the seed takes approximately 8 seconds to regenerate. It will regenerate on top of a Basic Jelly.
Combi Bonus with Avocado Cookie: Changed from "No Energy drain while using a weapon" to "+39,000 pts for Avocado Jellies."
Trivia[]
Avocatapult's previous ability was giving bonus points for all Jellies instead of bonus destruction points, the change was likely to synergize with Avocado Cookie's skill being destruction oriented.
Avocatapult's insistence on holding on to its seed is likely a reference to how notably tough it is to remove an actual avocado's seed, to the point of frequently being the cause of hand injuries.
