Bear Jelly Judge is an NPC that first appears in the Face the Trial! update's event story, (Order!) Cookie Court of Justice as the main antagonist. Bear Jelly Judge is known for being tough on criminal Cookies, and is the judge handling 
Roguefort Cookie's arrest case.
Additionally, a judge appears in 
Cappuccino Cookie's skill, but it is not clear whether or not the judge is the same one in the event story, as both judges wear strikingly different appearances.
During the Story, 
Cotton Candy Cookie is called for her testimony and recalls the day her heart was stolen from Roguefort Cookie. Regarding Roguefort Cookie's actions of leaving after stealing Cotton Candy Cookie's heart as heartless, the judge adds 1500 additional years to Roguefort Cookie's sentence. Despite 
Langue de Chat Cookie's cross-examination of the letter not having a recipient address, there is currently no mention of retracting the extra years of sentencing from Bear Jelly Judge.
When 
Prophet Cookie intrudes the trial to ask his Crystal Ball about the true culprit of the case, he starts to conjure up a vision of a "shadow up to no good". However, he is interrupted by Bear Jelly Judge who insists him to stop, labelling Prophet Cookie's testimony as 'illogical', then calls for a recess.
"Your Honor, why... why are you rejecting all the evidence and requests? I have not even started making my case..."
Following the recess, the judge states that all evidence and testimonies provided by Prophet Cookie and the others have been overruled. Further into the trial, the judge overrules any further requests Langue de Chat Cookie tries to bring up, refusing to let him start making his case. Cappuccino Cookie, noticing Langue de Chat in a tight spot, finds the current moment to be a perfect opportunity to make his argument, in which Bear Jelly Judge individually receives his evidence. When Langue de Chat Cookie tries to object to the judge's decision, he is ordered to be seated in due to "challenging the judge's decision". Cappuccino Cookie calls 
Black Garlic Cookie to present her testimony, and her livestream footage shows Roguefort Cookie touching the sculpture. As Cappuccino Cookie requests to raise Roguefort Cookie's sentence to 200 million years, Langue de Chat Cookie requests another recess. Before Bear Jelly Judge can overrule his request, Cappuccino Cookie interrupts the judge that it would be best for Langue de Chat Cookie, letting the recess go through—much to the judge's hesitancy.
During this recess, Langue de Chat Cookie overhears two unjust Cookies whispering to each other in the dark. One of the unjust Cookies mention how Bear Jelly Judge has a thing for Golden Jellies, and that if they are given such Jellies, then the judge will be more lenient towards you. Langue de Chat Cookie considers doing the same for himself, but perishes the thought quickly.
Following this second recess, Cappuccino Cookie reaffirms his case of Roguefort Cookie's clear-cut evidenced case, them being arrested at the very scene of the crime. As Bear Jelly Judge receives this statement, Langue de Chat Cookie asks the judge to reconsider the possibilities, in which they further overrule his requests once again, additionally charging him with Contempt of Court. Langue de Chat continues to object the judge's decision, requesting an extended trial and even questioning Cappuccino Cookie if he notices the judge's changed attitude following the first recess. Before Bear Jelly Judge can make their final decision for Roguefort Cookie's fate in court, 
Walnut Cookie interrupts the sentence.
"Unbelievable! What kind of unethical act is this?! A law Cookie taking a bribe?!"
After Walnut Cookie gathers everyone's attention in the courtroom to mention she has something to say, Bear Jelly Judge threatens to charge Contempt of Court to Walnut Cookie as well. Stepping in, 
Almond Cookie affirms the judge that she would not do this without a good reason, in which Walnut Cookie continues—she asks Black Garlic Cookie to step forward, and plays the footage she recorded to be played again to the whole courtroom. From the recording, Black Garlic can be seen recording a stream in the courtroom. Walnut Cookie notices the shadows Black Garlic Cookie discovers in the footage, and upon zooming in by the pillar, Bear Jelly Judge is seen receiving a bribe of Golden Jellies with Sculpture Owner Bear. Bear Jelly Judge insistently orders the footage to be cut, labelling it "unauthorized evidence", but Cappuccino Cookie objects back, mentioning the evidence is valid. When Bear Jelly Judge reminds Cappuccino Cookie that the situations are in his favor, Cappuccino Cookie refuses, finding the judge's actions as a prosecutor unforgivable.
It is also revealed that Roguefort Cookie's arrest on their part was all planned, as Roguefort's true goal was to steal the jewels adorning Bear Jelly Judge's robe. Bear Jelly Judge is subsequently arrested by Almond Cookie on the charge of perverting the course of justice in contravention of the Corruption Act. It is implied that Bear Jelly Judge has since been stripped of their judicial title and rank and banned from his duties, as well as being put on community service for their actions.
