Bellflower Cookie (Korean: 더덕꽃맛 쿠키, deodeogkkochmas kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, 
Playful Herbert. She gathers medicinal herbs in order with the correct timing for points.
She was also released alongside the 
Panacea Pestle Treasure and the Fragrant Lotus Paradise Breakout Episode in the Tales of The Wishing Lotus update.

- Bellflower Cookie is based around the one of the flowers relating to bellflowers, Codonopsis lanceolata. They are also known as the "lance asiabell" bellflower.
- Bellflower Cookie's dress came from a Uinyeo, traditional Korean Nurse.
- This is more apparent with Bellflower Cookie's hair being similar to the flower and also her Korean name directly mentioning it, as the flower is also known as "deodeok".
- Sometimes when Bellflower Cookie uses her ability to pick herbs, she mistakes Ginseng Cookie for a herb and picks him on accident. He does not get mad at this action, though.
- Bellflower Cookie's response to the Lucky Pouch 2023 is "I will make you fine medicine using only the finest herbs!".
