Biomedical Engineer (Korean: 자일리톨 모범 시민, jailritol mobom simin, "Xylitol Model Citizen") is an Epic Costume for 
Cyborg Cookie. It is their second Costume, released in the first half of The Sweet Signals From Space update. It can be obtained by drawing it from the Vintage Costume Jar in the Gem Exchange Center.

Biomedical Engineer arm color error.
- Biomedical Engineer was released alongside
Meow-Meow Spacesuit, Lord Darksabre, Meow Signals, Stellar-gizer, and Pulsar Wings. - On several of Biomedical Engineer's spritesheets, their right arm line color is erroneously magenta instead of dark blue. This error has since been fixed on some of their sprites in a hotfix, but only on their "x2" spritesheet.
