Birthday Cake Cookie (Korean: 생일케이크맛 쿠키, saengilkeikeumat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, 
Party Balloon, in the first half of the Happy Cookie Festival update, as part of Cookie Run: OvenBreak's third anniversary celebrations.
Birthday Cake Cookie is a Cookie all about planning parties, always wearing a smile on her face to bring happiness to those around her with the greatest of parties. However, Birthday Cake Cookie is optimistic to a fault—when even the smallest of 
mistakes enters her territory, the party can easily turn from sweet to sour.
Story[]
The most special and perfect parties require the utmost attention to detail: colorful balloons and ribbons, tea cups and dessert plates, an abundant Jelly selection, and neatly stacked gifts! But when things aren't going perfectly to plan, the candles on top of her head slowly begin to melt and shrink.
Whatever happens, she'll always try to maintain a smile since it is her job to make other Cookies happy!
