Black Garlic Cookie (Korean: 흑마늘맛 쿠키, heugmaneulmas kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, 
Wishy Stuffington, in the first half of the Spooky School Experience update. She records ghost sightings for points.
Story[]
Maybe this elusiveness is what keeps her going, but even since her early school years the Cookie has attempted summoning rituals involving dancing while sobbing, arcane incantations, and even by drawing strange drawings. Nowadays she uploads ghost-related videos and images online, and even livestreams herself investigating spooky rumors and ghastly locations! So far, every trip has been fruitless, but she refuses to give up until she catches a real ghost.
Even 100 million subscribers isn't an unreachable goal for someone who manages to stream an interview with a real ghost, after all!

Ghosts will appear in a pattern of 1-1-2 1-1-2, and the camera button must be pressed once a ghost is in the frame. After the photograph is taken and uploaded to Black Garlic Cookie’s stream, Ghost Recording Points are earned. A total of 8 photographs can be taken each time this Cookie’s skill activates. Winged Jellies inside the frame are collected. "NO SIGNAL" is displayed after all eight photographs are used up. Cookies, Costumes and lines in the live chat all appear in random.

- To promote the Spooky School Experience update, an in-character YouTube channel was created for Black Garlic Cookie, which hosts the cutscenes from the event.
- Black Garlic Cookie's skill features all the Cookies chatting about the ghastly occurrence happening in the stream, though they are shown in random order, and if a Cookie has a Costume they are only seen in their Costume(s).
- The list of Cookies also seems to update automatically when accommodating for new Cookies or new Costumes for older Cookies, as all the Cookies who were released after her still appear in her skill.
- This makes her unique in contrast to other Cookies who only feature a select amount of Cookies in their skill, such as Mango Cookie or Currant Cream Cookie.
