Blissful Full Moon (Korean: 환희의 보름달, hwanhie boreumttal, "Jubilant Full Moon") is a Super Epic Costume for 
Moonlight Cookie. It is her second Costume, released during the Merry Winter Parade! update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.

- Blissful Full Moon was released alongside
Alluring Crescent Moon. - Even though Blissful Full Moon is a Super Epic Costume, it does not have a different set of liked and disliked gifts nor does it have a different set of lobby quotes like other Super Epic Costumes.
- Alluring Crescent Moon, however, does have a different set of liked and disliked gifts and a different set of lobby quotes: thus making the case with Blissful Full Moon stranger.
- It is also similar to Milky Way, which doesn't have any unique quotes at all.
- Blissful Full Moon's staff can be seen in the background alongside Moonlight Cookie's other Costumes' in Sugar Glass Cookie's Trial.
- Blissful Full Moon, like Alluring Crescent Moon, was only available as either an Event Reward or purchasable by its Package. This has changed upon the introduction of the Costume Gacha and has since been made permanent.
- Blissful Full Moon had an oversight where its Bonus Time sprite seems to be placed awkwardly in regard to the Cookie's hitbox, resulting in a dissonance between where the hitbox should be, and the sprite itself.
- This was later fixed in The Sweet Signals From Space update, almost four years after the Costume's release. Though, this fix resulted in the removal of the veil that surrounded the Costume during its Skill and Bonus Time.
- Blissful Full Moon was ranked first place in the 2019 Costume of the Year, making it the Costume's highest ranking yet. It then ranked again as one of the top 24 Costumes in the 2021 Costume of the Year.
