Blossom Cookie (Korean: 블로섬 쿠키, beulloseom kuki) is a The Powerpuff Girls Cookie released alongside her Pet, 
Bullet, in the first half of the Save the Day! It's the Powerpuff Girls! update.
Blossom Cookie is obtained through the Sugar Candy Shop.
Story[]
With Blosssom's never-ending curiosity, the Cookie World is full of wonder and new things to learn! She tirelessly flips through books while snacking on Jellies in an attempt to learn what makes this world tick. There's not enough time in the day to satisfy Blossom Cookie's inquisitive nature, even without taking time out to go to Pokey Oaks Kindergarten for class! Each time she learns a sweet new morsel of information, the brightest smile blossoms across her face.
Brr-rr-rring! It's the Powerpuff Hotline! Wow, there's never a quiet day in the Cookie World, either! Blossom Cookie flies off, her giant ribbon fluttering in the wind with her speed!

- Blossom Cookie, Bubbles Cookie and Buttercup Cookie are the fourth collaboration characters released for Cookie Run: OvenBreak, following Heartsping and Twinkleping, which was 8 months prior, Cookiedroid, which was 5 years prior, and Hello Kitty and Mimmy, which were almost 7 years prior.
- Blossom Cookie's ability is based on the climax of the episode "Ice Sore", where Blossom first gained her power of ice breath.
- A cutscene in the Picture Diary event also references the same episode when Blossom is reminded by Bubbles of the Professor advising her only to use it when she really needed to.
