Blue Flame Hierophant (Korean: 푸른 불꽃의 현신, pureun bulkkoche hyonsin) is a Legendary Costume for 
Fire Spirit Cookie. It is his fourth Costume, following 
Lord of Ash, 
Lord of Flame, and 
Immortal Cataclysm, and was released in the first half of the The Longing of the Rising Flames update.
It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop. Obtaining this Costume also unlocks the Lobby Design, Origin of the Blue Flame, as well as a Costume for 
Picky Pyro-tiger called 
Rage of the Blue Flame.
