Bonus Jars are pickups seen floating along during Trophy Race or Breakout Mode. They contain various amounts of certain objects, depending on the type of Jar. There are three known types in Cookie Run: OvenBreak.

Mini Cookie Jar

Mini Cookie Jars are seen only in Breakout Mode, and contain a small number of Common Cookies or Pets (despite the name and appearance), as well as a single Rare Cookie or Pet.

Mini Crystal Jar

Mini Crystal Jars can be seen in Trophy Race during active races, and not in Practice Mode. They contain a small number of Crystals, typically below 20, just to help nudge the player along a tiny amount if collected.

Lucky Cookie Jar

Lucky Cookie Jars sometimes appear in place of Mini Crystal Jars in Trophy Race under the same circumstances as their prior version. Lucky Cookie Jars are different from the other Jars in that they have no set amount of guaranteed things to come out of them, and instead take the form of a random Chest in the game. They will usually copy Great Jelly Chest contents, but if lucky, are capable of copying Supreme Cookie Chest or Supreme Pet Egg contents, hence their name.
