Breakout weekly round up

Welcome to Breakout! Here, you'll run with many Cookies!

Breakout: Weekly Round Up, otherwise known as Weekly Reward is a subset relating to Breakout Mode coinciding with the release of Choco Bar Cookie Choco Bar Cookie in the first half of the Lights, Camera, Action! update. In this mode, multiple Cookies are used in a relay run to reach a weekly high score. Stages in Weekly Round Up flow directly from one stage to the next, and after a Cookie runs out of Energy, the next Cookie starts where they left off. Different Breakout Episodes are playable, with unique stages and mechanics in each.

Not much is different regarding it and the old Breakout Mode prior to its rework, with only the exception that it has currently rotated in every single Breakout Episode into it, which are then split in two modes. Round Up Mode 1 (contains all the Breakout Episodes that were originally Main Episodes at one point during their cycle) and Round Up Mode 2 (contains all the Coin Breakout Episodes).

Rules[]

Due to the similarities between Weekly Round Up Mode and the original Breakout Mode, the rules have been largely unchanged.

All Cookies, Pets, and Treasures can only be used once per Breakout run. All Cookies must be matched to a Pet to run. If the number of Cookies & Pets needed is greater than the amount owned, the player can only run with as many as they have. The last runner gets double the points.

After each Cookie finishes running, you have the option to either continue to the next relay, or return to the main screen. In the event the player makes a mistake or wants to change their combi, a run can be retried freely. You can also retry previous runs using 3 Breakout Replay Tickets in Easy or Normal Mode, and 10 Breakout Replay Tickets in Hard Mode, or Crystals (If missing Breakout Replay Tickets), and the price will increase the further the Run is from your current run. You can give a Tickets (5 per week) and get Tickets from friends and Guildmates. The entire Breakout can be restarted at any time for free, and finishing a Breakout run with using all 10 runners will give you 30 Crystals (Only once per weekly Breakout Run).

Gold Gems can be collected in both the Weekly Round Ups, and exchanged for rewards at the Gem Exchange Center, including Legendary Cookies, Legendary Pets, and their Magic Candy ingredients.

After one week, all participants will receive a Breakout Reward, and high scores will reset. Gold Gems will respawn as well. All Breakout Reward has Gold Gems. A score of at least Diamond V rank gives 1,200 Gold Gems. The Breakout Rewards from different Weekly Round Ups do not happen on the same day.

Practice Mode[]

A mode similar to the Practice Mode of Trophy Race. As long as a Stage has been previously reached, it can be practiced from the Map Info screen. The player can choose any Cookie, Pet, and Treasures to run with, and run from either the beginning of the stage or from a checkpoint. Checkpoints can be placed after ending either a standard run or practice run. As a practice, the score does not count towards the Breakout Reward, but Coins, Jelly Missions, and Gold Gems are kept as normal.

Ranks[]

Weekly Round Ups have ranks, which determine the amount of Gold Gems you will get. From Chocolate V until Rainbow V, you will need to reach a score to advance to that rank. From Rainbow IV to Legend I, ranks are based on what top % score you are. Higher ranks will grant more Gold Gems and from Diamond V and above, you can also get 1 Legendary Gem if your rank is Master V or above. If you had reached Legend III or higher (at least 30th place), you will also get a Title.

Perfect Stage Jelly[]

At the conclusion of each stage in Breakout Episodes, three Perfect Stage Jellies will appear. These jellies include unique jellies that award around 10,000,000 points each. You must avoid colliding with objects on the stage, avoid falling into any holes, and collect all 10 jellies necessary to open each present in order to do so.

Normal Mode[]

In Normal Mode, there are all of the stages, runners, and the maximum rank is Legend I. The amount of Gold Gems will be increased from the max obtainable in Easy Mode, and will be in the normal locations. Normal Mode is available on all Breakouts.

Hard Mode[]

In Hard Mode, in terms of runners and stages, everything is the same as Normal Mode, however in Hard Mode, Perfect Stage Jellies are buffed to give +50% more of their points in Normal Mode, increasing them to 15,000,000 each, and Game Speed is set to +20% faster for all runners.

Special Rules[]

Special rules, otherwise known as special buffs, are bonuses granted to a select amount of runners in the Breakout Episode. These bonuses can range widely, such as extra points for All Jellies, or All Bear Jellies, or extra Destruction Points, or even extra points for unique Jellies that appear throughout the map of a Breakout Episode, such as with the City of Wizards having extra points for all Crescent Jellies.

Additionally, the last placed runner would be locked to a certain Cookie and Pet, like with Chili Pepper Cookie Chili Pepper Cookie and Bad Pepper Bad Pepper during the Lustrous Longan Palace Breakout Episode for example. The last placed runner is also granted a x2 points bonus for their completed run, doubling the amount of score the locked Cookie has initially gotten.
