Captain Ice Cookie (Korean: 캡틴 아이스 쿠키, kaeptin aiseu kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, Boatswain Anchor, and the Tower of Frozen Waves event in the first half of the Tower of Frozen Waves update. She boards her ship, the Icepiercer, and commands it to attack other ships and parrots.
Weigh anchor! Hoist the sails! All hands, to your stations! With a single wave of her arm, the thunderous roar of cannon fire fills the air. From the helm, Captain Ice Cookie keeps a cold gaze on the horizon, her cloak fluttering in the sea breeze.
Her demeanor and discipline inspire many, and it seems that even the waves freeze in place to salute her. With large amounts of never-melting ice in her dough, she's able to keep her cool and take decisive action in the heat of battle. Due to her superior tactics, the ship Icepiercer has earned a moniker: invincible.
She may be a no-nonsense Cookie, but seeing a child cry brings out an abundance of warmth as she attempts to comfort them with a promise to escort them home.

Captain Ice Cookie's Skill
Boards the Icepiercer at certain intervals. While commanding the Icepiercer, the button change into Aim and Fire buttons respectively. Use the Aim button on the left to adjust the cannon's angle and tap the Fire button on the right to fire ice cannonballs. Successfully aiming at and destroying pirate ships will create Ice Shrapnel Jellies. Firing at flying pirates will also create Ice Shrapnel Jellies. Level Up for more points per Ice Shrapnel Jelly.

Based on her Relationship Chart as well as the Tower of Frozen Waves story, Captain Ice Cookie and Pirate Cookie appear to have known each other since they were much younger, even being on the same side once.
Captain Ice Cookie's Blast color is blue.
On Talk Like a Pirate Day, a Tweet from Devsisters[2] shows Captain Ice Cookie stopping Pirate Cookie after he had taken over the Twitter account for the day.
