A Tag described as "Ability to change to a fixed speed, regardless of the base speed when the skill activates". The Tag applies to skills that have a fixed movement speed that cannot be changed with speed modifiers. It does not apply to Blast Mode.

There are currently 22 Cookies with the Tag. No Pet or Treasure uses the Tag.
