Choco Cup Cookie is an NPC Cookie who appears within the story of Pudding Cup Circus. The Cookie appears as a large chocolate cupcake resembling a Bear Jelly, who wears a top hat and whistle.
Choco Cup Cookie is the ringmaster of the Pudding Cup Circus, who organizes performances with the circus' star performer Ice Juggler Cookie. Choco Cup Cookie acts as a voice of reason for Ice Juggler Cookie and tries to stop her from causing conflicts between the other performers, but easily becomes stressed when things go wrong.
Choco Cup Cookie organizes a rehearsal for the next performance of the circus, and eventually chooses Banana Cookie as the next star performer. After Banana Cookie finds out about Ice Juggler Cookie insulting her behind her back, Choco Cup Cookie convinces her to stay in the circus and get Ice Juggler Cookie to be her partner. Although the two Cookies argue throughout practice, they are able to make a successful performance, to Choco Cup Cookie's relief.
