The City of Wizards (Korean: 마법사들의 도시) is a prevalent location that once was home to the Wizards as well as their magic. While the location initially debuted in Cookie Run for Kakao, it was first introduced into Cookie Run: OvenBreak in the Tan-ta-da! Merry Winter Parade! update and has returned as a prominent location in future updates since.
Updates[]
The City of Wizards plays a major role in the following updates.
Environment[]
“ It is not a safe place for Cookies to make a living. „ — Wizard Cookie

While the Wizards do live side by side with the little Cookies they created to help with various tasks, the city itself isn't really built to properly accomodate Cookies since almost everything is built for humans, therefore everything looks gigantic from a Cookie's point of view, making navigation through the city difficult and a grueling task.
Since the Wizards disappeared, and no Cookie ever tried to control the Clock Tower, the city has been staying in the night time forever to allow its guardian, Moonlight Cookie to sleep and protect the city while she waits for her creators to return.

Although the City of Wizards has been left by its original inhabitants for many years, the magic powering the city remains alive and well, and so is its celestial globes roaming around the city. Quiet streets of the city is filled with corpses of these globes that have been destroyed.
Cookies that wish to travel the city must navigate around difficult terrain filled with human sized things and these celestial globes to avoid being detected as tresspassers, or destroy them.

“ Each in their place, each to their task „ — Blueberry Pie Cookie

Sugar Glass Cookie stepping outside for the first time
The city has always been quiet, even during the height of the Wizards' research era. Cookies of the City of Wizards tend to keep to themselves, only speaking when spoken to by their Wizards, and diligently follows their instructions. Each Cookies are baked with a specific purpose in mind, they are immediately assigned a role upon gaining sentience, and will be trained by their creators.
Cookies of the city are not given the option of leaving, they are there to fulfill their duty within the city. While they are not bound to stay in the city after the Wizards left, most weren't taught, or are taught the very bare minimum about the outside by the Wizards[1], and some are content with just staying in their station forever since they have their basic needs covered. Such is the fate of the Cookies made within the City of Wizards.

Sub-Locations[]
Over time, more locations related to the City of Wizards were revealed, although despite being related, not all are located within the main city.
Within the city[]
Clock Tower[]

The Clock Tower is a building that functions as the Wizards' research center. Its clock shows and controls the time in the city. The tower is heavily guarded by various dolls on its exterior, and guarded by Doom Star X-1 Protection Unit at the very top.
While the tower is still crowded with dolls and globes guarding the tower, the clock itself has stopped working since the Wizards left the city, bringing eternal night to the city which allows Moonlight Cookie to protect it in her sleep. No one has tried to fix or move its handles until today.
The Wizard Archives[]
The Wizard Archives serves as the home to all the tomes and papers made by the Wizards to archive their various research and ideas, and is the place Blueberry Pie Cookie was assigned to help take care of by the Wizards. She was not alone from the start but as the Wizards disappears, she remains as the sole keeper of the Archives, guarding shelves upon shelves of tomes, each of them reaching as tall as the ceiling. For a library where you're meant to read books, the lighting is quite dim, presumably due to years of disrepair, most of the light comes from the glass ceiling on the central area of the Archives, illuminating the giant bookstand underneath with moonlight.
The exterior is adorned with lamps and zodiac symbols lining up the tall windows. 2 glass doors stand tall in front of the entrance, each depicting a 6-pointed star and several constellations. A sculpture resembling an open book can be seen resting on top of the roof.
Other[]
The Planetarium: A structure built by the Great Sage[2], used to observe the stars' movements. Its name was first mentioned by the Wizard of the Observatory in one of Elderberry Cookie's flashbacks. No image asset of said location exist in game.
Tranquil Observatory: Elderberry Cookie's old post in the city when he worked with his creator, Wizard of the Observatory. No image asset of said location exist in the game, but its name was mentioned in Elderberry Cookie's description[3].
As of The Wizard Archives update, these locations have been made to be a part of the tomes in the Archives.
Outside the city[]
Lonesome Observatory[]
An observation tower located on the outskirts of the city. While its yard looks messy, littered with meteor shards and broken globes, the tower itself does look normal and well maintained. The circular building is adorned with zodiac symbols carved onto its outer wall, stained glass panes depicting a 4-point star on each, and topped with a glass dome that opens to let the telescope peek into the city's dark blue skies, a crescent moon on top completes its look. With knowledge obtained from his time with the other scholars, Elderberry Cookie has built this observatory with care.
As Elderberry Cookie has simply took the technology from the City of Wizards, where everything is built for humans, most of the building is filled with giant gears to power the equally big telescope and solar system model that rotates around the artificial sky, produced as an illusion effect from the glass dome. To aid Elderberry Cookie, a stairway to the telescope seat was built, and he also equipped the building with celestial globes to help guard the giant tower.
The observatory have some small rooms for the Cookie to study and rest, and to store his papers and equipments.
Greenhouse of Memories[]

Greenhouse interior
Built with stained glass infused with the memories of the Wizards, the Greenhouse of Memories serves as a building used to house various memories in the shape of glass and flowers. The greenhouse can be easily spotted from afar due to the bright column of light radiating from the roof. Sugar Glass Cookie was assigned to take care of the blooming memories in this place by the Wizards. As the years have passed, with no new memories from the Wizards, the greenhouse slowly deteriorates. As of today, the greenhouse has been abandoned by its watcher since she met
Amber Sugar Cookie and other friends.

Unlike the other structures, the greenhouse is located in a random forest outside the city, the reason for its placement away from the city remains unknown.
The greenhouse has 4 halls dedicated to store certain types of memories.

Trivia[]
- There are 3 versions of the City of Wizards map, each has its colors slightly altered to show the effect each Moon phases (Crescent Moon, Normal, Full Moon) have to the city.
- This version of the City of Wizards has some stark differences compared to its counterpart in Cookie Run: Kingdom;
Arcane Planetarium
- Cookie Run: OvenBreak's version of the City of Wizards, while still under
Moonlight Cookie's protection, is left open and unsealed to the outside world, letting Cookies go in and out of the city[4]. Unlike its counterpart in Cookie Run: Kingdom that keeps visitors out of the city by making them sleepy with a Dream Barrier.
Elderberry Cookie's Observatory has a similar structure as the Arcane Planetarium in Cookie Run: Kingdom.
- The Pantheon of Starlight is located near the city, just a walking distance from Elderberry Cookie's observatory.
