Welling Inkwell, in the first half of the Operation: Time Fixers update.
She is a diligent and passionate employee who formerly worked as a journalist for the Cookie Herald that now works in the Time Registry Division alongside 
Baguette Cookie.

Coffee Candy Cookie used to be a leading journalist for the Cookie Herald, but now she has joined the Time Balance Department as a new employee and is eager to get things done! Working hard to become the employee of the month, Coffee Candy Cookie tried her best, but she's still learning the job, making many mistakes along the way...
