Commissioner of Parfaedia (Korean: 마법도시 수사청장, mabeobdosi susacheongjang) is a Super Epic Costume for 
Almond Cookie. It is his first Costume, accompanying his release in the second half of The Butter Painting Affair update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.
