Communicator is an NPC that appears in the Operation: Time Fixers update. Communicator appears to be a robot who delivers messages to employees of the Time Balance Department.
Personality[]
Communicator seems to be a rather to-the-point character, who may be a little impatient. This character seems to take the job seriously, and may have other responsibilities as well, such as managing the divisions' budgets.
It cannot be completely ruled out that Communicator is a communication device that works kind of like a telephone, simply allowing the Cookie on the other end to communicate without actually being present. This may be supported by Communicator saying that the director's office is off-limits. If this is true, then Communicator's words would be indicative of the Cookie. However, this is not confirmed, and overall, very little is known about Communicator.
Story Involvement[]
Communicator first appears in the (Classified!) Operation: Time Fixers! event story, telling Maple Taffy Cookie that the director is missing a cogwheel that may be in the Relic Management Division, threatening to cut the division's funding if Maple Taffy Cookie doesn't cooperate. Then, as 
Coffee Candy Cookie and Maple Taffy Cookie work on the director's robot pet, Communicator urges them to hurry.
When Maple Taffy Cookie requests an early paycheck, Communicator is reluctant, saying that it would be difficult. When the robot pet is finished, Communicator leaves, saying that the matter of Maple Taffy Cookie's budget will be discussed later, much to the annoyance of the Cookie.
