Constable Whiskers (Korean: 초코고양이 네로, chokogoyang-i nelo, "Choco Cat Nero") is an Epic Pet that was released alongside its owner, 
Almond Cookie, in the second half of The Butter Painting Affair update. It protects stray kitties at certain intervals for points.
Originally an NPC in Cookie Run: Kingdom, it later became a playable Pet in Cookie Run: OvenBreak. It is the second Pet to make this transition, following 
Bat-Cat.

| Temporarily watches over adorable stray kittens at certain intervals. The stray kittens will follow for a short period of time. Earn a large portion of Shelter Points if you manage to run a certain time without any collisions. If you collide with an obstacle while a stray is following, the kitten becomes a scaredy cat and bolts off. Level Up for more Shelter Points. | ||

- Constable Whiskers' internal name is "pet0517".
- Occasionally during
Tiramisu Cookie's skill, Constable Whiskers will appear, sleeping on a roof. It is spooked awake when a present drops on the roof. - A "constable" is commonly a rank for an officer inside of a police force.
