Cookie Detective: Find The Produce Pilferer! is a story in Cookie Run: OvenBreak accompanying the Cookie Detective: Find The Produce Pilferer! event.

Summary

The event begins with Walnut Cookie receiving a letter from Carrot Cookie inviting her to the market to try some carrots. Although Walnut Cookie doesn’t like vegetables, she decides to go and see everyone. After boarding the train and arriving at the market, Walnut Cookie is given a sack of carrots from Carrot Cookie. Carrot Cookie then takes Walnut Cookie to Spinach Cookie’s shop. Spinach Cookie is impressed at seeing a real detective and tells Walnut Cookie that eating vegetables will help solve cases, to which Walnut Cookie wonders if it’s true. Carrot Cookie asks Spinach Cookie to bring more vegetables, but Walnut Cookie feels that something is wrong. Spinach Cookie screams in shock after realising all her vegetables have been stolen. Walnut Cookie declares that this is a crime scene. The market is fenced up, and nobody had left through the front gate, meaning the culprit is among the Cookies.

The morning of the crime, Pancake Cookie was disgusted that Spinach Cookie made him eat a whole carrot. He overheard Spinach and Carrot Cookie talking about a successful eggplant harvest. Not wanting to eat anymore vegetables, he asked Cherry Cookie to set off a bomb. Cherry Cookie agreed to set off the bomb since she also hates vegetables. Pancake Cookie tried to carry the vegetables away, but they were too heavy for him. He notices Werewolf Cookie enjoying eating the vegetables as it calms him down. He gives Werewolf Cookie the vegetables as Cherry Cookie’s bombs explode earlier than expected. As Pancake Cookie tries to escape, he nearly slips on Squid Ink Cookie. He asks Squid Ink Cookie to help carry vegetables. As other Cookies approach, Pancake Cookie decides to hide the vegetables.

After the guilty suspects have been found, Beet Cookie arrives and tells Carrot Cookie that a pile of vegetables covered by Acorn Jellies was found near the fence. Pancake Cookie apologises to Spinach Cookie and tells her that he doesn’t like vegetables. Spinach Cookie apologises for pressuring him to eat them. Spinach Cookie takes the guilty suspects to the city to help plant vegetables, where The Ultimate Sandwich Recipe! takes place. Muscle Cookie is awed by Spinach Cookie’s strength, while Squid Ink Cookie walked away.
