쿠키런 문질문질, translated as Cookie Run: Munjil Munjil, was a puzzle game developed by TOAST under the Cookie Run license by Devsisters released on April 24th, 2014. The gameplay was heavily based off LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum, which was also developed by NHN Corperation, the parent of TOAST.
A second season of the game was released on April 3rd, 2015; which added Pets to the game. Updates would later cease after the release of Cherry Blossom Cookie and Lemon Cookie on May 27th, 2015; and the game's servers would shut down on June 30th, 2016. As the game was a live service relying on a server, it cannot be played anymore.
Story[]
An introduction cutscene will play when the game is booted for the first time. It shows a variety of Cookie heads such as GingerBrave, Hero Cookie, and Zombie Cookie laughing, until a fire appears revealing that the Witch has turned on the Oven they reside in. Afterwards, the Witch dumps all of the Cookie heads into a bag. Within, a Wizard Cookie head opens a book and reads that 3 or more identical Cookie heads next to each other will teleport them outside to a paradise. Three GingerBrave heads do as instructed and are transported to a candy world. Three Strawberry Cookie, Ninja Cookie, and Devil Cookie heads to the same in that order. The scene then cuts to the Witch riding on a broom in the night carrying a pouch with Cookie heads inside, with glowing orange eyes glaring. The scene then cuts back to the Cookie paradise where freed Cookie heads are seen laughing and bouncing around, with the Witch later glaring at the Cookies' paradise outside of a window, with the Cookies noticing and then bouncing away.
Gameplay[]
The game lays out a grid of Cookie head "blocks" that can be matched 3 or more in a row succession with a line. The more Cookie heads that are selected, the more that will be erased and the player will earn points. Cookies will have special skills that can be activated when a skill meter is filled up. Additionally, a FEVER meter is present that cills up over time and when active, grants extra points to all matched Cookies.
The game featured connectivity with KakaoTalk where scores were displayed on leaderboards with other players registered as friends, although a Guest Mode was also available.
Cookies[]
Cookies could be earned in a gacha-like mechanic known as pouches, where one Cookie could be obtained from a pouch by spending in-game Coins. Cookies could also be obtained by spending Rubies, the premium currency.
Normal Cookies[]

These Cookies could be obtained by spending 9,000 Coins on a Regular Cookie Pouch.
Supreme Cookies[]

These Cookies could be obtained by spending 24,000 Coins on a Supreme Cookie Pouch.
Cookies who were limited edition releases are marked in italics.
Pets[]
Pets were introduced in the 2.0.0 update and can be equipped to Cookies for bonuses. Combi bonuses are also present, returning from Cookie Run for Kakao.
