Cookie Run: Witch's Castle, officially known as CookieRun:Witch's Castle Blast is a tap-to-blast game created by Devsisters. It released globally on March 15th, 2024. In addition to its main puzzle gameplay, the player can also decorate the rooms of their castle and experience the game's unique story through fully animated cutscenes. It is the second puzzle game in the Cookie Run franchise, following Cookie Run: Puzzle World.
The game follows 
GingerBrave and his friends attempting to escape from the Witch's Castle, solving puzzles and finding out secrets about The Witch along the way.
Gameplay
Witch's Castle mainly revolves around its tap-to-blast puzzle gameplay. As the term suggests, stages are cleared by tapping on groups of two or more adjacent blocks of the same color in order to blast them away, with different power-ups and other obstacles being introduced in later stages. Players may also utilize the unique Skill of their chosen Cookie on any given stage, consuming the Cookie's individual energy in order to clear blocks in a specific pattern.
Outside of puzzle stages, players can also decorate, participate in limited-time event minigames, or test their luck in one of the available gacha banners. Unlike most other Cookie Run games, Witch's Castle uniquely condenses multiple item types into a single dice rolling format where playable Cookies, decorations, and non-playable residents may all be obtained at once.
Trivia
- The game was originally announced for release in 2023, however, for unknown reasons, it was delayed and released in 2024.
- This game marks the first appearance of Dozer in almost 13 years, under the new name GingerDozer.
- Every Cookie excluding Commons, GingerDozer, and Epic Cookies who debuted in this game, lack English voice actors.
- CookieRun:Witch’s Castle Blast and OvenBreak are the only Cookie Run games that can be played offline as of January 9th, 2025.
