Cotton Candy Cookie (Korean: 솜사탕맛 쿠키, somsatangmat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside her Pet, Cotton Candy Bird, in the second half of the Grand Champions League update. She writes love letters which she throws away to create Cotton Candy Jellies. After five tries, she succeeds and flies into the air, collecting Loving Heart Jellies.
Cotton Candy Cookie is made from the sweetest of sugars and undoubtedly has the highest level of sugar among the Cookies. With such a saccharine heart, no wonder she's always in love!
Cotton Candy Cookie spends all her days writing love letters but ends up throwing away more than she sends. Her goal is not to reveal her feelings to her beloved one but to cherish each moment of being in love.
Cookies often joke that Cotton Candy Cookie sends way too many letters, but the truth is that everyone secretly wishes for one: what's inside the envelope is so very sweet!

Cotton Candy Cookie's Skill
Writes love letters at certain intervals. Failed letters are thrown away to destroy obstacles, creating Cotton Candy Jellies. After five attempts, Cotton Candy Cookie writes a love letter successfully and calls upon a Post Pigeon to help her fly and deliver the letter to a postbox. Once the letter is placed in the postbox, the Post Pigeon leaves behind a Loving Heart Jelly. Level Up for more points for Cotton Candy Jellies and Loving Heart Jellies.

Cotton Candy Cookie, alongside GingerBright, appear as claw machine game plushies in the fifth episode of the Korean drama Hi Bye, Mama!.
This plush is part of a collaboration event between the two series, and is purchasable on online stores.
Interestingly, the main character of the series has actually tried to obtain and then steal the Cotton Candy Cookie plushie, although the attempt at doing so failed, as she bumped into a door while trying to escape.
Even though they are partially obscured, GingerBrave and Ninja Cookie also appear in the same episode.
