Cream Cookie is an unreleased character in CookieWars. Previously having been a playable Cookie in Cookie Run (LINE), she appears to have been intended to return as an NPC, likely to serve as part of the tutorial. She may have, at some point, been intended to be something more based on internal code, but whatever plans that may have been made were not gone through with.
However, she never appeared outside of file extractions, and was removed from them after the Closed Beta Test period of CookieWars ended, hence appearing only in the old style of the game's cutscene art.
