Crunchy Strong Pediatrician (Korean: 바삭튼튼 소아과 의사, basakteunteun soakkwa uisa) is a Super Epic Costume for Milk Cookie. It is his second Costume, released in the first half of the Crispy Dough, Sturdy Bones! update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.

Attention, all young Cookies! If you are feeling sick, don't hesitate to take a visit to Sweet & Crunchy Pediatrics! Getting a shot may be scary and intimidating, but once you start chatting with Dr. Milk Cookie's best pal, Pink Bear Jelly plushie, it will be over before you know it! You'll be given a Bear Jelly bandage after getting a shot. This is why this hospital is also quite popular with adult Cookies too.

Crunchy Strong Pediatrician was released alongside Soothing Sweet Pediatrician and Friendly Nurse.
Numerous elements found in the Crispy Dough, Sturdy Bones! update had to be immediately altered due to the laws regarding the usage of the Red Cross in media. Crunchy Strong Pediatrician, in this situation, had its entire spritesheet and gacha illustration altered to remove all forms of the Red Cross to instead show a heart. It is unknown why Devsisters did not check to see the laws regarding the usage of the Red Cross symbol.
