Curator Emmental Cheese is an NPC that appears in the The Butter Painting Affair, Project Cookie Runway and Face the Trial! updates. Curator Emmental Cheese is a curator at the Hors d'Oeurve Museum, and a character that repeatedly appears in events for reasons unknown.
Personality[]
Curator Emmental Cheese is extremely passionate about art, as is fitting for a museum curator. In addition, Curator Emmental Cheese is extremely emotional, becoming much more distressed than the other characters about the same event, and becoming extremely moved very quickly. In Project Cookie Runway, it is revealed Curator Emmental Cheese is not only into fashion- but can even create clothing as well. It is up to the eye of the beholder, though, if these articles of clothing look any good.
Story Involvement[]
Cookie Detective[]
Curator Emmental Cheese first appears in the Cookie Detective story, being at the museum when 
Walnut Cookie and 
Almond Cookie arrive at the scene. Crying about how the reputation of the museum is ruined, Curator Emmental Cheese begs them to recover 
Butter Pretzel Cookie's painting. When the group discusses the appeal of Butter Pretzel Cookie's art, Curator Emmental Cheese gushes about how her paintings are masterpieces, and cries about how her newest painting was stolen.
Walnut Cookie uncovers the location of the painting, and the group goes to the warehouse to find it. Upon seeing its condition, Curator Emmental Cheese cries about how it is torn apart, later begging Walnut Cookie to uncover the culprit. When the detectives discover that it was Butter Pretzel Cookie herself that destroyed the painting, Curator Emmental Cheese, despite being surprised at first, is incredibly moved by her struggle and tells her that the Hors d'Oeurve Museum's doors will always be open for her.
Project Cookie Runway[]
Curator Emmental Cheese returns in Project Cookie Runaway as the primary sponsor for fashion week- being a primary sponsor in the last fashion week as well. Curator Emmental Cheese expresses the joy of being able to witness various styles of fashion before the stage returns to Reporter Cookie.
Curator Emmental Cheese, once the theme of this years fashion week was revealed, proceeds to express utter disdain for the talented designers who will have to design clothes for "THAT Cookie"- said Cookie being 
GingerBrave. Curator Emmental Cheese was cut off before anger and melted cheese could blind the tangent about GingerBrave's fashion crimes.
Beyond the main story, Curator Emmental Cheese serves as the one creating hidden clothing found in Project Cookie Runway's game mode. Each piece of hidden clothing contains the same quote from Curator Emmental Cheese, "If you know real fashion, you'll understand its value.", as well as "seal of approval" from Curator Emmental Cheese.
(Order!) Cookie Court of Justice[]
Curator Emmental Cheese is called in as a witness by 
Langue de Chat Cookie in order to testify to the beauty of previous stolen items by 
Roguefort Cookie to prove the Cookie's high sense of aesthetics. After testifying, Curator Emmental Cheese enthuses over being able to see so many wonderful treasures at once, such as the Hors d'Oeuvre Museum's masterpiece, the Red Diamond Tiara and a rare Jellyart.
Curator Emmental Cheese is then questioned by 
Cappuccino Cookie in order to verify the stolen sculpture's worth. With the Cookie Forensics Unit confirming it is made of golden dough and the fact that the statue is one of a kind, Curator Emmental Cheese attests that the sculpture is incredibly valuable, even wanting to have it in the Hors d'Oeuvre Museum.
Simmering Syrup Sauna[]
Curator Emmental Cheese briefly appears during the story as a customer in the Simmering Syrup Sauna. As 
Tangerine Tanghulu Cookie is trying out the milk bath, Curator Emmental Cheese immediately becomes enamored at the rich, fragrant smell coming from the bath. Alas, the citric acid found in Tangerine Tanghulu Cookie had turned the milk bath into a cheese bath- moth to a flame for someone like Curator Emmental Cheese who sees this as an artistic act. Before Curator Emmental Cheese could "swim like a beautiful fish jelly in this beautiful bath", 
Sauna Egg Cookie shut the bath down due to its unintended transformation. Curator Emmental Cheese was guided to the actual cheese bath, to the cheese's dismay.
