Cyborg Cookie (Korean: 사이보그 맛 쿠키, saibogeu mat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside their Pet, BB Battery, in the second half of the Cyborg Menace update.
Cyborg Cookie was a regular Cookie who was turned into a cyborg by Aloe Cookie. They were fueled by their pain and lost memories, bearing a grudge towards Aloe Cookie for the unsolicited robotic transformation that was forced upon them. Upon finding out the truth as to why she did so, however, they subsequently mellowed out and now reside with the Ion Cookie Robots in Aloe Cookie's laboratory.
A thunderstorm was raging behind the cold laboratory windows. Cyborg Cookie was lying on an operating table, surrounded by surgical lamps, struggling to remember both past and identity.
Suddenly, the feeling of icy metal plating hit her senses. The initial shock turned into disgust. Who was responsible for this monstrous transformation? Filled with anger and hate, the Cookie broke free, erupting with arcs of energy strong enough to shock the entire world. Cyborg Cookie's craving for electricity becomes stronger day by day.
Hidden behind the fury and pain is a longing for something lost... Will Cyborg Cookie's memories ever truly come back?

Cyborg Cookie's Skill
Charge Jellies appear at certain intervals. When you collect enough Charge Jellies, Cyborg Cookie activates High Voltage flight, making Electro Vortexes appear. Fly through them to earn Electro Vortex Points. During flight, collecting Jet Boosters will make Cyborg Cookie perform a barrel roll to the closest Electro Vortex. Level Up for more Electro Vortex Points.

What is presumably Cyborg Cookie's original form before being turned into a cyborg can be seen on the cover of Aloe Cookie's journal in AI Run: Cyborg Menace, though the picture is blurred and damaged.
One of Cyborg Cookie's quotes, "Amperage is over 1000000V!", has a mistake where Cyborg accidentally measures their amperage (A) with volts (V). It is currently unclear whether Cyborg Cookie is referring to their voltage, or amperage.
Another one of Cyborg Cookie's quotes, "There is no Cookie, only Cyborg!" may be a reference to a quote from the 1984 film Ghostbusters, "There is no Dana, only Zuul."
Jeongheum, one of the designers for Cookie Run: OvenBreak, stated Cyborg Cookie was their favorite Cookie, in terms of how fun they were to work on.
In Cyborg Cookie's Neo Augment Costume's quotes, they question if green was their favorite color, which would fall in line with their pre-cyborg appearance.
