The Director of CASSA is an NPC that first appears in the Undercover at Jade Galaxy story. They are the head of the CASSA organization, appearing mostly to either give 
Agent Jjajang Cookie and 
Agent Olive Cookie information on their mission or to ask for updates on the progress of the mission.
Otherwise, not much is known about them, including their species or appearance. They act professional and composed in each of their interactions.
Dr. Wasabi Cookie does hint at being familiar with the Director, mentioning that they "loved" her Special Wasabi Syrup. Agent Jjajang Cookie does immediately follow this up with how "The Director has never liked anything spicy!".
