Goblin Cookie, Doughnut Ball Fairy is commonly referred to and appears as a species of Doughnut Ball Fairies. However, the singular pink Doughnut Ball Fairy appears in other events and cameos within the game.

Doughnut Ball Fairy, alongside other Doughnut Ball Fairies, are the guardians of The Twisted Maze Grove. The fairies populate the grove and make up most of its population. Even though the fairies are cute in nature and express the desire to play, they are commonly shown to be tricksters that mess with those who enter The Twisted Maze Grove. Doughnut Ball Fairies posses the power to warp and change the perception of the environment at hand, as literally seen in the Twisted Maze Grove Trophy Race land and the Mixed Up! Doughnut Ball Fairy's Trial event.
