Dr. Rice (Korean: 닥터 라이스, dagteo laiseu, "Doctor Rice") is an NPC that first appears in the Undercover at Jade Galaxy! update's event story, Mission: Arrest Aliens. She is an alien cookie who is able to hypnotize other cookies.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Dr. Rice due to her appearing very briefly. Because of her lack of a reason for hypnotizing cookies and the fact that she does so inside of a very risky area for her, it is possible she is either mischievous or even malicious. Because 
Agent Jjajang Cookie immediately realizes its her after realizing they're under psychological attack, it's possible that she messes with CASSA often.
Story Involvement[]
Dr. Rice appears in the Mission: Arrest Aliens story. She is a three star alien cookie who only appears after trying to order fried rice from Jade Galaxy several times. Agent Jjajang realizes that something is wrong and that Dr. Rice is preventing cookies from ordering fried rice and directing each order to be for their special jjajang noodles instead. After realizing this, Agent Jjajang Cookie quickly arrests her.
