Apple Cookie and Pancake Cookie are playing near the entrance of CookieLand. Apple Cookie is disappointed that CookieLand is always closed, and wants to ride the merry-go-round. She notices that the unicorn on the merry-go-round seems to have moved on its own. The next day, Apple Cookie excitedly tells Pudding Cookie and Firecracker Cookie about the unicorn. The Cookies all decide to see CookieLand for themselves, with Pudding Cookie also inviting Chestnut Cookie. A gate blocking the entrance of CookieLand suddenly opens, allowing the cookies to enter. Muscle Cookie notices the opened gate and tells Adventurer Cookie. Muscle Cookie decides to check out the Magic Dumbbell Party, and Adventurer Cookie wants to confirm the rumors of a unicorn. When Muscle Cookie and Adventurer Cookie reach the merry-go-round, they are surrounded by smoke, which turns them into children. Meanwhile, while the other cookies are looking for the unicorn, Firecracker Cookie encounters Piñata Cookie. Piñata Cookie tells the others that the unicorn appears when they play, smile, and laugh. The Cookies hear noise coming from the Guardian Golem Adventure and the Magic Dumbbell Party, as Adventurer Cookie and Muscle Cookie play on the attractions and describe what happened to them. The Cookies hear a song playing on the merry-go-round, as the unicorn begins moving and turns into a Cookie.
Chapter 2: Starlight[]
Cream Unicorn Cookie welcomes the Cookies to CookieLand, telling them that it has been ages since the park was filled with joy. Pancake Cookie worries that it is getting dark, so Cream Unicorn Cookie provides the park with lights. The Cookies invite Cream Unicorn Cookie to go on all the rides. After going on every ride, the Cookies decide to go home. However, they realize that the gate is nowhere to be found. Cream Unicorn Cookie begs for the Cookies to stay, due to being afraid of becoming alone again. Apple Cookie tells Cream Unicorn Cookie that the Cookies will get sad staying stuck in the park, and that others are waiting for them to return. Apple Cookie says that the Cookies will return to CookieLand with all of their friends, so Cream Unicorn Cookie brings back the gate. The next day, the Apple Cookie returns to CookieLand bringing all of her friends. Soda Cookie, Cherry Cookie, Walnut Cookie, Snow Sugar Cookie, and Peppermint Cookie were among those invited to the park.
