Electric Eel Cookie (Korean: 전기장어맛 쿠키, jongijangomat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside his Pet, 
Bolt Eel, in the first half of The Living Deep Sea City update.
He is a morally determined guardian of Wandercrab, an underwater city for wanderers of the deep. Fueled by an indomitable love for the city and its inhabitants, Electric Eel Cookie devotes his electric-charged powers to protecting them from whatever plight that may disrupt the denizens' peace.
Story
Electric Eel Cookie, the guardian of Wandercrab, may seem intimidating with the crackling energy of electrifying powers. However, the Cookie is actually in charge of lighting the whole city. Devoted to safeguarding the city, Electric Eel Cookie proudly assumes the role of a vigilant sentinel, chasing away sea monsters with a million volts of electric power!
This powerful yet joyful Cookie never loses a burst of hearty laughter when welcoming a new neighbor or changing a light bulb for a friend. With Electric Eel Cookie by your side, you won't get lost, even in the darkest part of the sea.

Electric Eel Cookie's original design, Wolf Eel Cookie.
Electric Eel Cookie was designed alongside various sea Cookies like Anglerfish Cookie through Cookiethon, an annual event where artists focus only on creating a new Cookie for a certain period of time. According to 2D Artist Hyeon, Electric Eel Cookie was initially going to be named "Wolf Eel Cookie", but the name didn't evoke a clear enough image for the Cookie. The name almost became an "Electric Wolf Eel", but due to concerns surrounding the name's pronunciation, the artists opted to remove "wolf" and solely focus on the electric eel part.
According to Game Designer KU, the initial design approach for Electric Eel Cookie was influenced through elevating 
Lemon Cookie's high-speed playstyle, as well as the consideration that an electric eel would naturally engage in physical combat. While working on this final approach, team members experienced repeated challenges with dizziness through tests that revolved around the Cookie's rapid vertical movements; a comprehensive review that fine-tuned numerical values to suitable parameters and adjusted integration of visual effects was later done to alleviate the issues.[2]
Trivia
- Electric Eel Cookie is the first Epic Cookie released since Aloe Cookie to have innate Super Magnetism during a skill.
- Upon initial release, Electric Eel Cookie's normal blast color was red. However, it then got changed to blue following the Simmering Syrup Sauna update.
