The First Cookies are those of the highest Cookie Rarity in Cookie Run: Witch's Castle. They were initially described as creations of the Witch of Light, baked with her heart and soul to bring sweetness and beauty to the Cookie world.[1] It was then revealed with the release of 
First Cream Cookie that the First Cookies were actually twelve Witches who had their souls placed into several Cookies, as a last ditch effort by the Witch of Light to save them from crumbling and drifting away.
There are currently 4 First Cookies released in the game, with 1 only appearing as an NPC. Additionally, 3 First Cookies have only been mentioned in dialogue. Each release of a First Cookie reveals a glimpse into their past.
