Ginseng Cookie (Korean: 인삼맛쿠키, insammaskuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside his Pet, Rooty, in the second half of the Tales of The Wishing Lotus update. He uses his Ginseng Staff to gather Ginseng Jellies for points.
Somewhere far away, in mountains famous for their fresh air and clean waters, where Cookies seldom journey, was a place where a mountain ginseng grew. This Cookie, surrounded by a strong smell of dirt and ginseng after sitting still for long periods of time without moving a single root.
Ginseng Cookie now travels the world healing other Cookies, and is so skilled that Cookies travel from far and wide for a chance to receive his aid! While he shows nothing but a subtle smile in front of his patients, this Cookie's eyes grow wide and sparkly whenever he sees a healthily round and growing young ginseng.
The plant on top of the Cookie's head is rumored to be a herb with potent restorative effects, something that many Cookies want to get their hands on.

Ginseng Cookie experienced numerous errors upon and before release that caused various sprites to not show up on menu screens. While this had no effect on actual gameplay, it was still large and noticeable display errors each time.
Ginseng Cookie confirms that Cookies have a pulse in one of his loading messages.
Occasionally, Ginseng Cookie would appear as one of the herbs Bellflower Cookie picks up from the ground during her skill.
According to both Ginseng Cookie's and General Jujube Cookie's Relationship Charts, they seem to have known each other ever since General Jujube Cookie's battle days.
Ginseng Cookie's response to the Lucky Pouch 2023 is "Ho ho... Such a valuable gift... Let me check your pulse."
