Hello Kitty's and Mimmy's Trial is the 21st Cookie Trial, released during the Hello Kitty's Surprise Visit! update, on November 29, 2018. The Trial features 
Hello Kitty and 
Mimmy alongside their pets, 
Red Apple and 
Yellow Flower in areas made for the trial, that have later appeared as the Cake Village and Choco Roll Cake Forest areas of Blissful Dessert Paradise.

- This is the only trial to allow the player to switch between multiple Cookies instead of having a locked Combi.
- The Cookie Cup for this trial was renamed to "Hello Kitty Cup".
- This is the only trial to be accessible through an Event Game mode, being accessible through the Hello Kitty's Surprise Visit event.
- This trial has the least Bonus Missions, having 15, compared to the usual 25 seen in other Cookie Trials.
- This trial used unique assets, which were later reused for Cotton Candy Cookie's Trial and Random Challenge during the Blissful Dessert Paradise season.
