Herald of Victory (Korean: 승리의 전령, seungnie jolryong) is an Epic Costume for 
Milk Cookie. It is his first Costume, released in the first half of the Mighty Duo update. It can be obtained either by drawing it from the Costume Gacha or by purchasing it in the Rainbow Crystal Shop.
