Ion Microchip (Korean: 마이크로 이온 칩, maikeulo ion chib) is an Epic Treasure released alongside 
Ion Cookie Robot in the first half of the Cyborg Menace update. It creates Microchip Jellies at certain intervals. Upon collecting 1,000 Coins, the Treasure will spend the Coins and upgrade (up to 3 times). Upgraded Microchip Jellies are worth more points than normal ones.

| Creates Microchip Jellies at certain intervals. Once you have collected 1,000 Coins during a run, the Treasure will spend 1,000 Coins to initiate its self-improve protocol. The self-improve protocol continues during the run until it can no longer be upgraded. Points earned are multiplied according to the current upgrade phase while running. Trivia[]
- Prior to a silent update to its level effect text, Ion Microchip's effect description stated, "Microchip Jellies worth (x) pts appear every 10.0 seconds. Self-improves 2 times with 1000 Coins," likely having been changed to be less wordy.
- Though its description is likely intentional hyperbole, it is very possible that Ion Microchip is legitimately the smallest Treasure.
- Ion Microchip and
Pop Pop Photocard are currently the only Treasures that require Coins for their skill activation.
