Even though the Jelly Atlas has been removed, some information here are still correct in regard to the Collection menu.

The Jelly Atlas was a menu introduced in The Legend of the Millennial Tree update, with the release of Pomegranate Cookie. It serves as a record of obtainable and obtained Jelly shapes, and a place to change which Jellies appear during gameplay.

The Jelly shapes are completely cosmetic, but collecting every Jelly shape in a Jelly Set gives 200 Crystals as a reward. Some Jellies at certain Escape Level milestones may give Crystals as well.

The initial release of the Jelly Atlas in 2018 allowed the player to alter the designs of Basic Jellies, Yellow Bear Jellies, Pink Bear Jellies, and Giant Bear Jellies. An update on June 29th, 2020 also added the option to change the designs of Frozen Bear Jellies and Rainbow Bear Jellies.

The Jelly Atlas was removed following the inclusion of the Collection menu in the Simmering Syrup Sauna update.

Atlas Tabs

The Jelly Atlas has two tabs, the Jellies tab and the Sets tab, sorted by Jelly type and Jelly set respectively. Tapping a Jelly on any tab brings up its name, description, unlock condition, and the option to use it. The currently selected Jellies will have a small green checkmark icon and a green or glowing border, and appear in the "Current Shapes" menu.

Jellies Tab

• List of Jelly Points for all default Jellies, and all Basic Jellies received for reaching new Escape Levels.
• Affection Jelly for all Basic Jellies received for reaching max Affection with their corresponding Cookies.

The Jellies tab in the Jelly Atlas shows all shapes that are owned or currently obtainable, including Basic Jellies received from maxing out the Affection of a Cookie or reaching a new Escape Level. It contains sections for each type of Jelly, though can be navigated freely between them.

Sets Tab

Main article: Jelly Set

The Sets tab in the Jelly Atlas shows all Jelly Sets that contain at least one shape that is owned or obtainable, in either a scrolling list format or a paged format. Their release usually coincide with new updates and the start of new seasons of the Champions League and Guild Run, though they may become available through Events or given for various promotional purposes.
