Knight Cookie (Korean: 용사맛 쿠키 yongsa-mat kuki) is a Rare Cookie released alongside his Pet, 
Dragon's Tail, during the Happy Holidays update. He then received a Magic Candy and Trial during The Dragon Awakens update. He has the ability to blast forwards more quickly and for longer periods of time with Blast Jellies.

- As stated in his story and quotes, Knight Cookie was responsible for cutting off Pitaya Dragon Cookie's tail, which later became his Pet. To Pitaya Dragon Cookie, however, they didn't notice it being cut off at all.
- Knight Cookie is the one of the few Cookies whose Blast Jelly trail is blue.
- Knight Cookie was the first Cookie to get five Cookies on his Relationship Chart, which was the original maximum amount. This was later changed to allow a currently indefinite amount of Cookies to Relationship Charts.
- Knight Cookie's 2018 April Fools Message was "The Witch is actually scary."
