Laurel Cookie was an NPC Cookie that appeared in Trophy Race: Champions League from September 29th, 2021 to May 30th, 2023. Laurel Cookie introduced the player to the Champions League and would record their performance and results at the end of each season.

- While Laurel Cookie was created to replace Choco Cream Conductor, the host of Land's End; Choco Cream Conductor would later ironically replace Laurel Cookie with the return of Land's End in the Giant Veggie Contest update.
