Libra Cookie (Korean: 천칭자리맛 쿠키, chonchingjarimat kuki) is an NPC that first appears in Falling Constellation Rescue! update's event story, Rescue the Falling Constellation!.
Fitting their astrological symbol, Libra Cookie is someone who makes strict judgments, using their scale to determine right from wrong in arguments. They also have the ability to deliver punishments to the other Constellation Cookies, based on the severity of their wrongdoings, if an argument so escalates.
Taurus Cookie describes Libra Cookie as "mean," though this is likely just because she receives punishments from them all the time.
