Costumes are alternative cosmetic appearances for Cookies that can mainly be attained through pulling on the Costume Gacha or purchasing them directly; Common, Rare, and Epic Costumes being purchasable with Rainbow Cubes, Super Epic and Legendary being purchasable through Rainbow Crystals. Champion Costumes (proceeding The First Grand Champion) are attainable with Season Points during the associated Trophy Race: Champions League season.
Ever since the retirement of Champions League in the first half of the Giant Veggie Contest update, it is unknown on what will be done with the Champion rarity of Costumes as a whole.
Costumes can be equipped to change the visuals of their appearances, quotes, and/or appearance of their skill effects. All Costumes come with a boost to varying stats of Cookie's skills, and can be toggleable like the Costumes' appearance themselves. The level of differences to their cosmetic changes can be measured through their release date and/or rarity, with typically Epic and up containing more major changes.
