Longan Lancer Cookie is an NPC first seen as a miniboss stage obstacle in the stages Longan Palace, Eye of the Storm and Dragon Eye Perch of Lustrous Longan Palace, and then made an NPC in proper in the Lustrous Longan Palace Season of Breakout: Random Challenge.
Longan Lancer Cookie is a hatchling wyvern under the power of 
Longan Dragon Cookie that takes the form of a Cookie, however they are not a legitimate Cookie. They first appear in their true Longan Earl Grey Cream Wyvern form in the Longan Palace, Eye of the Storm stage and later appear in their Cookie form in the Dragon Eye Perch stage. They appeared again in the Throne Protected by Eight Orbs stage of the Dragon's Battlefield Breakout Episode, with a different design that resembles 
Warlord of Eternal Rest. During this stage, 3 Longan Lancer Cookies appear at once.
They also appear during the Specter of the Colossal Dragon Breakout in their Wyvern form during 
Ananas Dragon's Bonus Time Sections.
They appear in the Random Challenge Season as a Random Event where they are listed as "Third Enemy". During this event, the player will be prompted to either "Go eat first", "Fight", or "Talk to them". The player will be given a challenge that depends on the option they choose to complete in the next two runs in order to obtain a select amount of buff(s). If the player fails to complete these missions, they will instead receive a select amount of debuff(s).

- Longan Lancer Cookie and Longan Shaman Cookie had both their names and information about the nature of their forms revealed through a Customer Support inquiry regarding what their names were.
- During the release of Lustrous Longan Palace, the hitbox of Longan Lancer Cookie's attacks in Dragon Eye Perch for sliding sections was larger than it should have been- causing players to be unfairly damaged during their runs. This has since been fixed.
