Longan Shaman Cookie is an NPC first seen as a miniboss stage obstacle in the stage Dragon Eye Perch of Lustrous Longan Palace. They later appeared as a proper NPC in the Lustrous Longan Palace Season Breakout: Random Challenge.
Longan Shaman Cookie is a hatchling wyvern under the power of 
Longan Dragon Cookie that takes the form of a Cookie, however they are not a legitimate Cookie. They first appear in their Cookie form after encountering Longan Lancer Cookie in Dragon Eye Perch, and then transform into their true Longan Chocolate Cream Wyvern form later on during the stage.
They appear again during the Specter of the Colossal Dragon Breakout in their Wyvern form during 
Pitaya Dragon and 
Ananas Dragon's Bonus Time Sections, where up to 3 of them can appear at once.
They appear in the Random Challenge Season as a Random Event where they are listed as "First and Second Enemy". During this event, the player will be prompted to either "Go eat first", "Fight", or "Talk to them" for both encounters. The player will be given a challenge that depends on the option they choose to complete in the next two runs in order to obtain a select amount of buff(s). If the player fails to complete these missions, they will instead receive a select amount of debuff(s).

- Longan Shaman Cookie and Longan Lancer Cookie had both their names and information about the nature of their forms revealed through a Customer Support inquiry regarding what their names were.
- During the release of Lustrous Longan Palace, the hitbox of Longan Shaman Cookie's attacks in Dragon Eye Perch for sliding sections was larger then it should of been, causing players to be unfairly damaged during their runs. This has since been fixed.
