Lotus Dragon Cookie (Korean: 백련 드래곤 쿠키, baengnyon deuraegon kuki) is a Legendary Cookie released alongside their Epic Pet, 
Lotus Polliwog, in the second half of The Dragon's Garden Paradise update. Additionally, they then received a Magic Candy, second Trial, and a Legendary Pet, 
Lotus Dragon Scale, in the first half of the Rise of the Blue Dragon update.
They are the third of the Legendary Dragons to release, following 
Pitaya Dragon Cookie and 
Ananas Dragon Cookie.

| Conjures a Dragon Tide and rides atop a lotus leaf. While riding the lotus leaf, the Slide button changes into a Music button and Lotus Jellies will appear. Use the Music button to create sound waves and extract life essence from the Lotus Jellies to earn Lotus Bloom Points. After a period of the time, the Cookie will blast forward in the form of a giant dragon. While in Dragon Form, Lotus Crystal Jellies appear. - Lotus Dragon's characterization may be inspired from the Shinto god of water, Suijin, as their motif heavily surrounds lakes and various creatures.
- Lotus Dragon Cookie's draconic form may be based around the extinct marine reptile, the Plesiosaur.
- The teardrop gems on their forehead resembles a 花鈿 (huadian).
- Before the rework of the Cookie and Pet Gacha in the second half of the Project Cookie Runway update, Lotus Dragon Cookie was only unlockable through purchasing them in the Guild Shop.
- Lotus Dragon Cookie is the first Dragon to obtain a Magic Candy.
- Lotus Dragon Cookie is the first Cookie to have two Trials available at the same time.
- Lotus Dragon Cookie is the first Dragon and the fourth Legendary Cookie overall to receive two Costumes in the same update, following Moonlight Cookie, Fire Spirit Cookie, and Sea Fairy Cookie.
- Though unlike any of the Legendary Cookies, they are the first to obtain an Epic Costume, that being Azure Tides of War.
- Lotus Dragon Cookie is the first Legendary Cookie and second Cookie overall to receive two Pets exclusive to them. The first being Mint Choco Cookie.
