Gameplay Elements[]
The Three Dragons[]

The three legendary Dragons aid you with their powers.
Unique to the Lustrous Longan Palace are gimmicks relating to the three legendary Dragons: Pitaya Dragon Cookie,
Ananas Dragon Cookie, and
Lotus Dragon Cookie. Firstly, these Dragons have their own unique Bonus Times, which instead of being entered by obtaining Alphabet Jellies or Bonus Time Jellies, are entered when the player finishes specific stages; specifically, when the player finishes stages 5, 6, and 7. These Bonus Times are unique in that Pitaya Dragon Cookie, Ananas Dragon Cookie, and Lotus Dragon Cookie assist the player in them respectively. Or, if the stages are completed with their respective Dragon, they will enter Bonus Time by themselves and cast their powers.
Pitaya Dragon Cookie's Bonus Time involves them slashing their sword to destroy chests being carried away by Longan Eyes, which carry Star Powder Jellies and assorted Bear Jellies.
Ananas Dragon Cookie's Bonus Time involves them using geomancy to move rocks out of the way of Giant Star Jellies and Rainbow Star Jellies, followed by rings of Rainbow bear jellies and the aforementioned Star jellies.
Lotus Dragon Cookie's Bonus Time involves them using their mandolin to cast waves towards the incoming jellies, collecting them for the player. They can either slash as a set of Rainbow Bear Jellies, or a set of Frozen Bear Jellies with a magnet Power Jelly.
Although there are typically no other Bonus Times in this Breakout Episode, the Breakout: Random Challenge season for the Breakout Episode features a couple of buffs that grant Bonus Time Jellies. Through collecting these in stages 5-7, it is revealed that the Dragon Cookies appear whenever Bonus Time is triggered in those stages, and not just at the end.

Skill Jellies.
Secondly, after the player finishes a Bonus Time with each Dragon, skill bubbles for that Dragon will appear in the subsequent stages. These skill bubbles all destroy the incoming obstacles, but each in a slightly different way;
Pitaya Dragon Cookie's skill bubble casts a slash of their sword forward to destroy obstacles immediately.
Ananas Dragon Cookie's skill bubble lifts all obstacles into the air, then slams them to the floor.
Lotus Dragon Cookie's skill bubble casts bubbles that remove the obstacles, and provides a 4 second shield.

Additionally, some of the segments involve boats, which are petrified and sunk by the eyes, or resurfaced by the guardians. |

The swordsman will disappear and then reappear right next to the jelly trail to slice at the player, which must be avoided by Giant Mode, sliding, or by double-jumping. The second part features a fight against another servant, who summons two Longan eyes. These periodically fire thin lasers at the player, which can be dodged by jumping and sliding at precise intervals. The third part involves the second servant turning into a wyvern, and firing a thick beam of energy at the player, which must first be dodged by jumping on a set of platforms, and then by utilizing skill bubbles to obtain a Giant Mode Power Jelly. What follows is a blas section into many bear jellies, and then a series of small, floating platforms with many obstacles. |
