On an island covered in a thick mist, where the toxic fumes dry the very grass that grows, an endlessly deep cave guarded by vicious monsters has become the nest of the Violet Dragon.
Even so, countless songs can be heard from unwavering souls, captivated by the dragon. While the tales are as many and varied as there are Cookies around the world, all claim that no matter the dragon's form, a mere glance will bring you to your knees, offering your very soul to stay by its side.
As the dust settles after tremors from the depths caused stalactites to crash down from above you... Lychee Dragon Cookie appears! You can't help but wonder what great plans are in motion as this Cookie busily flies around the world...

Prior to their release, Lychee Dragon Cookie was teased in cutscenes at the end of Chapters 4 and 6 in Cookie Run: OvenBreak's Story Mode, where the Cookie appeared with a different design than the current. This makes Lychee Dragon Cookie the only Dragon to have appeared with a beta design before the Cookie's playable release. The "Sweet School Band" update would later replace this sprite entirely with their official design.
Lychee Dragon Cookie, as their name suggests, is based around the tropical fruit, lychees. This tropical fruit belongs to the soapberry family "Sapindaceae", which also encompasses both longans and rambutans. This connection in the fruit family explains why Lychee Dragon Cookie is loyal to the Longan Dragon, as well as explaining the bond that Rambutan Cookie and Lychee Dragon Cookie share in Cookie Run: OvenBreak.
According to Lychee Dragon Cookie's concept art[3], the Captivated Monster that used to appear in their skill is named "Fluffles."
In Lychee Dragon Cookie's Trial, there are multiple Jelly formations in which it says "Litchi", Litchi is simply an alternative spelling for "Lychee."
Lychee Dragon Cookie can be seen transforming into Mangosteen Cookie in multiple animations, including the animation that plays when entering Bonus Time, and the animation that plays when the Cookie runs out of Energy. This is a reference to Chapter 7 in OvenBreak's Story Mode, where it is revealed that Mangosteen Cookie was Lychee Dragon Cookie in disguise.
Lychee Dragon Cookie was the last Legendary Cookie and Dragon to have released without a Costume.
